Any of you remember reading an article or having a conversation with one of your friends about eating late and how bad it is as a conventional diet? I always thought it was against the rules until I started to read Always Eat After 7 pm by Joel Marion the other day.

    This is a good product and even though i have always been an advocate of the “don’t eat after 7pm rule”, I see some sense in why this product says so and i can’t wait to try it out.
