It’s a New Year: Get Motivated With Music!

At the beginning of every year, we often say to ourselves “I need to lose weight, get healthy and be fit.” But where do we go from there? I know I strive to be a better, healthier me, but sometimes it can be a difficult and daunting task I often wish to avoid. What we need to do is make smaller goals that are obtainable. For instance, walk around the block even if it only takes a couple of minutes, then the following week make it 2 blocks, and so on and so on, and before you know it, you’ll be walking a few miles a day. One of the things I love is the fidbit because it keeps track of distance traveled by measuring your steps and how many calories I’ve burned which often gives me an extra motivational push to go further since I know I need to lose weight.
