Having lost almost 40lbs dieting and then gaining back 10 of those, I needed to do something to help keep my weight at either a stand still or a loss, so I tried the Raspberry Ketone Blast which is recommended by Dr. Oz. I am not one to fall for the hype of Dr. Oz since he claims multiple diet pills help with weight loss since he’s getting paid to endorse these said products.
Upon trying the Raspberry Ketone Blast pills, I did notice that they have a strong raspberry scent and not something funky you’d hope you wouldn’t put in your body. They also curbed my appetite for hours, which is how I am assuming you lose weight on these since you’re not eating as many calories as you normally would. I did notice a weight loss of a few lbs the first week when I took only one pill a day, but once I go out to eat on the weekend or have a couple drinks with my friends, my weight goes right back up to where I started. Unfortunate, but the only way to cure that is to not go out. I didn’t do any exercise with these because my sciatic nerve has been bothering me to the point where I could hardly walk. So honestly, I don’t think exercise is needed while taking these, but it probably would help speed up the process faster if you’re looking for quick results, so take that into consideration when taking these pills. They say you can take 1 or 2 a day, but with the appetite suppressant for hours on 1, I didn’t want to not eat at all when taking 2.
The one thing that I liked about the Raspberry Ketone Blast pills is that they didn’t make me jittery. I hate pills that make me jittery, give me heart palpitations and change my mood, sometimes to blah and sometimes irritability. These gave me no side effects what-so-ever and that’s why I like these. I will continue to take these to see if I continue to see results.
